Valerio Sterzi

I am full professor of Economics at Bordeaux School of Economics, University of Bordeaux and delegated director VIA-INNO (research platform on technology intelligence attached to GREThA, University of Bordeaux - https://viainno.u-bordeaux.fr/).

My main research interests focus on economics of innovation and economics of patents. Currently I am working on the role of patent intermediaries and non-practicing entities in the patent marketplace and to the implications of the lack of transparency in the patent market thanks to the NPEIE project (https://npeie.org/) supported by the French National Research Agency and two grants of IP2I/Google. I've been consultant for OECD and IP2I/Google.
